Can I send back product for exchange/refund?
YES, we accept returns and exchanges or refund based on the following conditions:
If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we’re happy to exchange or refund it as long as:
It is within 14 working days from delivery date.
You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
Goods are in original condition (unused, unwashed and retain the original merchandise tag and packaging)
How the return process works?
For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email email@example.com. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made.
• If the payment was by Credit Card/PayPal, we will refund the Credit Card/PayPal account.
• If the payment was bank transfer, we will bank-in to you.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
