Shopping Guide

How to order?

Order from us is very easy and convenient.

4 simple steps to place order:

  1. First, at any product page click "Add to Cart" to add the item into your "Shopping Cart".
  2. When you ready to purchase, go to your "Shopping Cart" click "Review Order" button.
  3. At checkout page, fill up all the shipping details, choose a payment method.
  4. Lastly, review all entered details and then click "Submit" to place your order. (You should receive a confirmation email after few minutes.)

If you choosen MOLPay or PayPal you will be redirect to a secure page to proceed your payment. For Bank Transfer / ATM, please check your email or order details for bank-in instruction.

  1. Mula-mula, dihalaman produk yang berkenaan klik "Add to Cart" untuk memasukkan item ke dalam "Shopping Cart" anda.

When will my order get shipped?

Your order will dispatch within 24 - 48 hours once your payment has been confirmed. (A payment confirmation email will sent to you by email)

When can I get my parcel?

Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch via Skynet / Poslaju courier company. (3 to 5 days for East Malaysia)

Brunei (EMS): 3 to 5 working days after dispatch via PosLaju courier company.

Singapore (EMS): 3 to 5 working days after dispatch via PosLaju courier company.

Return and Exchange

Can I send back product for exchange?

YES, we accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions:

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:

It is within 14 working days from delivery date.
You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
Goods are in original condition (unused, unwashed and retain the original merchandise tag and packaging)

 
How do I return my product?

Please contact us before you send back the product(s) to us. 

How the return process works?

For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects please send us an email hello@babyland.my. We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. 

• If the payment was by Credit Card/PayPal, we will refund the Credit Card/PayPal account.
• If the payment was bank transfer, we will bank-in to you.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
